ABOUT THE CAMP
La Ventana Kite Camp is a premium kite camp experience in La Ventana, Mexico since 2021. We offer all-inclusive packages with premium accommodation, personalized kite lessons/coaching, gourmet meals, and other outdoor activities like morning yoga, snorkeling, and hiking.
What makes our camps unique is the high standard of the accommodation provided, our attentive service throughout the camp, as well as the generous quantity of private kite lessons/coaching included in our packages.
Whether you come solo, or with a friend or partner, being part of our camp is the most fun way to experience kitesurfing in La Ventana and the best way to achieve great progress.
THE SPOT
Nestled on the edge of the Sea of Cortez, La Ventana offers a magical scenery of sea, mountains, and desert. This small town has earned its reputation of top world destination for wind sports because of its consistent North winds from November to April.

The bay of La Ventana offers perfect conditions to learn and practice kitesurfing. Beginners benefit of the forgiving "L shape" of the coastline while more experienced riders will enjoy 2.5h+ downwinders, playful waves or flat spots.

Besides kiteboarding, La Ventana offers a fun laid-back atmosphere and plenty of other activities: mountain biking, yoga, standup paddleboarding, hiking, diving, spearfishing...

Our camps are designed for all: beginners can take private lessons, while experience riders that still need improvement or want to have a fun shared experience can opt for advanced coaching.

This camp is designed for riders of all levels. No matter if you are a complete beginner or an intermediate rider, being out on the water everyday is the best way to achieve great progress.

Our Private Lesson Packages are made for those who are starting from zero or have some experience but are not independent yet. They include up to 3 hours of private lessons everyday during the 5 days of the camp (weather permitting).
Our Advanced Coaching Packages are made for intermediate rider who are already independent on the water. They include up to 3h per day of guided kite session everyday during the 5 days of the camp (weather permitting).
OUR HOUSES
CASA DE NADA
Casa De Nada is a premium property located steps away from the beach and the kite spot as well as many bars and restaurants. Casa De Nada has all you will need during you stay: king rooms with private bathrooms, designated work area with Starlink wifi, fully equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace, hot tub, pool area, BBQ, laundry room, etc…
VILLA BRISA
Villa Brisa, is a premium beachfront property, right on the kiting spot where we'll have our lessons. With stunning view on the Sea of Cortez, the house is conveniently located close to several bars and restaurants. Villa Brisa has all you need during you stay: king rooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large beach terrace with a hot tub, pool, BBQ, laundry room, Starlink wifi etc…
THE HOSTS
We are Alina and Louis, your camp hosts. We are a Franco Mexican couple both living year long in La Ventana. Alina’s main job is in sustainability/regeneration nonprofit consultancy, and Louis is a full time kiteboarding instructor and wind enthusiast.
We both enjoy the Baja lifestyle to the fullest and want to share it with you during the week you’ll spend with us.
